Janzi 2021 Awards: Pallaso and Azawi top in Musical sect, Liam Voice, Levixone Among Top WInners

Happening for the very first time, the Janzi Awards that seek to honor and celebrate artistic and creative excellence of Ugandans in the Creative and Arts Industry, went down over the weekend.
The two-day awarding ceremony went down at the Kololo Independence Grounds in Kampala ― this is where winners in the 96 categories and 9 domains comprising 300 nominees were recognised with accolades.
The event also featured fashion exhibitions by Joram Muzira of Joram Model Management and Sheebah Kassami, as well as performances from cultural troupes and several celebrities.
Musicians such as A Pass, Liam Voice, Victor Ruz, AnKnown, Sheebah, Zex, and Pallaso performed at the Janzi grande finale on Day 2, while NBS’ Kayz, Comedian Emeka, Next Media’s Alya and Alex Dangote welcomed attendees to the red carpet on Day 2 of the event.
