A Pass advises Kapeke on stage professionalism following the Roast & Rhyme incident.
A Pass has publicly criticized Kapeke over his recent behavior on stage, cautioning that poor discipline could negatively affect his growth in the music industry. Speaking during a YouTube podcast hosted by Shalom Kaweesi and Frank Ntambi, A Pass shared his thoughts on Kapeke’s controversial moment at the Roast & Rhyme concert. Kapeke drew attention after walking off stage mid-performance, reportedly due to sound issues. The situation intensified when he appeared to threaten throwing a microphone, an incident that left sections of the audience shocked. A Pass noted that while it’s normal for artists to feel frustrated during performances, professionalism is reflected in how they manage such situations. “You can be frustrated but still keep your composure and politely tell the audience, ‘Guys, I’m sorry I can’t continue because of this,’ and leave the stage calmly instead of scaring people or threatening to throw a microphone,” A Pass explained.

OH NO! Wife of Prisoner Alex Mufumbiro, Edith, Dies
Sadness has engulfed members of the NUP party following the death of Edith Katende Mufumbiro, the wife of imprisoned party member and deputy spokesperson, Alex Waiswa Mufumbiro. Edith Katende Mufumbiro had been battling cancer for some time until she passed away last night, at a time when her husband remains on remand at Luzira Prison. Mufumbiro, together with 19 others, is facing charges related to holding an unlawful procession on February 12, 2025, during celebrations marking the 42nd birthday of their party president, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (Bobi Wine). However, Kyagulanyi Ssentamu stated on his X (formerly Twitter) account that on that day, Mufumbiro was at Mulago Hospital, where he had taken his wife — now deceased — for cancer medical checkups. It should be recalled that on September 10, 2025, the deceased had appealed to Kawempe Magistrate’s Court judge, Agumasiimwe Damalie, to release her husband on compassionate grounds, citing her deteriorating health and that he was the only one able to care for her. However, the request was denied. Similarly, in another case at Nakawa Court, where Mufumbiro and others face charges of inciting violence, the court also denied him bail, which further weakened his wife's condition. Since her husband’s arrest, her health reportedly continued to deteriorate until her death.

Minister Frank K. Tumwebaze Says His Weight Loss Is Intentional, Not a Health Concern
Frank K. Tumwebaze has responded to concerns about his current appearance, saying his weight loss is intentional and he is in good health. The Minister for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, Frank Tumwebaze Kagiigi, addressed those who have been questioning his recent appearance: “All health educators, medical experts, nutritionists and doctors, I am very concerned — and you should be concerned too. Why? Because the fight against non-communicable diseases is not easy to win. The biggest problem is obesity, yet many people think being overweight means being healthy. When someone loses weight or becomes slimmer, people assume they are sick, and it creates unnecessary panic. The truth is that having less body fat means better health — why is that so hard to understand? Sudden weight loss can be worrying if it is not intentional, especially if caused by poor feeding or illness. However, intentional weight loss through changing diet, reducing fats and sugars, exercising, and living a healthier lifestyle is something we should celebrate. Anyone who understands this should aim for it in any situation. Some people may be alarmed seeing someone lose weight because they are not used to it, but there is nothing wrong. Obesity is not a sign of success! To all my friends who have been sending me messages urging me to seek medical help — especially those doing it out of love — I want to assure you that I am not sick. My new appearance is intentional. I have no problem, and I thank God for my blessings, especially the gift of life
