After COVID-19, I now Know That God Actually Exists And Cares! – Balance hit-Maker Karole Kasita

Written by on May 9, 2021

Former S & S band lead singer, Karole Kasita is one of the female artists who asked about how COVID-19’s presence affected her, can frankly reply with a wide smile. At least, she worked.
Speaking to 97.7 Record FM in an interview, Kasita noted that save for a few challenges, her situation in 2020 never was the worst as she managed to feature on a number of online concerts time and again like Club Beatz at Home.
“I am lucky that I am one of the greatest virtual performers on stage. So I have been having every virtual show (concert) that has been happening since last year. Secondly, my song ‘Balance’ brought in some money and as a person, I too have been hustling ways on how to get money aside,” Kasita said.
More still, because she had also saved some money from the year before COVID-19 came in, she invested it in some things that helped her to survive but apparently is not doing well.
“Right now I don’t have what to survive on because the money is finished. We are nearly begging but we won’t do that. So, the government should open up for we have tried our best to stay calm and used all the resources we had, we have reached at the extreme ends,” she noted with concern.
It is against this reasoning that the ‘Obuwoomi’ singer came to confess that God’s love is real for He has been there for her in the hard times.
“I used to know that God exists but now I know he actually exists. For the reason that I have survived without working, I am drinking, eating, moving and looking good maybe even better than the wake of the pandemic. I have learnt that God is real and He takes care of His people” she confessed.
Probably each and every artist is on the tenterhooks anxious of when the music industry will be let to freely operate and stage concerts, Kasita is just between two minds.
“I don’t know what to expect when they open but I hopefully think our fans will be excited to see us and maybe bars will want to give their customers some exciting feels and have us in there,” she revealed.
